Robbo struggles to save himself (Picture: Channel 5)
Jasmine (Sam Frost) has been spending most of her time cooped up in a motel room in Yabbie Creek ever since the Feds escorted her from her own wedding and forced her into their protection while Robbo’s (Jake Ryan) killer gang remain a threat. Left alone in the room, Jasmine is surprised and worried when Scott (Trent Baines) shows up, asking questions about where Robbo is.
Wanting to know what Scott knows, and pushing hard when he refuses to reveal any details, Jasmine eventually learns that Robbo got a message from the gang and went out to the wharf that morning to meet them alone. Jasmine is left fearing for Robbo’s life, and tries to escape the motel room to look for him. Scott stops her, but Jasmine insists she will do whatever it takes to protect her husband.

Meanwhile, Robbo wakes up on the dinghy, and struggles to keep up his strength as he battles to row the boat back to shore. Eventually, his injuries prove to be too much, and with blurred vision, he passes out again. However, an all too familiar face starts yelling out his name – it’s Alf (Ray Meagher), returning home from a fishing trip.

Alf helps him onto his own boat and returns him to shore, where Robbo insists that he doesn’t tell anyone what he’s seen today. Once he’s back inside his car, he sees a note which reads ‘Tick, tock.’ Full of fear, Robbo rushes back to the motel room.
Once he arrives, he hears Jasmine arguing fiercely with a man. Fearful that his wife is in danger, he charges the door and attacks Scott, before passing out from his injuries. Jasmine jumps into nurse mode and tries to help him, but without any of the hospital supplies she needs, will Robbo survive?
The arrival of Kel (Joseph Alessi) is set to send Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) off the rails in spectacular style in Coronation Street – and when Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) discovers why, it’s clear to see the reason.
Kel is the ex of Bernie (Jane Hazelgrove) and they reconnected after he caught her shoplifting and let her off recently. Gemma Winter (Dolly Rose Campbell) has told Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) that Kel was always good for Bernie but he is hiding a much darker nature. And when Paul comes face to face with him, he is left horrified – especially when Bernie announces that they are getting back together.
As Paul is left shaken and struggles to hide his emotions, Kel catches up with him and private and tells him that while what happened between them was special, he is focusing on Bernie this time and nothing can go on this time.
It soon becomes clear that Kel groomed and abused Paul as a young teenager and when Kel leaves, Bernie blames her son for creating an atmosphere and not making him feel welcome. Billy soon quizzes Gemma about Kel’s feud with Paul and Gemma explains to him that Paul flipped one day and caused Kel to leave the family.
As Billy is concerned to discover that this all happened when Paul was 14, he starts to piece together the truth of what happened and approaches Billy to try and get things out in the open. But when he broaches the subject, Paul angrily lashes out and orders Billy never to come near him again.
With Billy having had the truth of Paul’s abuse confirmed, he is torn over what to do and will continue to try and persuade Paul to speak out. But will Bernie and Gemma discover what Kel put him through?
Coronation Street continues on Monday 16th September at 7:30pm and 8:30pm on ITV.
EastEnders fans are fearing a dark and devastating ending to the ongoing domestic abuse storyline featuring Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) and his wife Chantelle (Jessica Plummer). Despite numerous promises that he will change and get help, Gray has been subjecting Chantelle to emotional and physical abuse throughout their marriage and viewers have been watching with horror at his terrifying outbursts of temper.
While on the outset, Gray presents himself with a calm and charming exterior, what goes on behind closed doors is vastly different but after his most recent attack, a pregnant Chantelle received yet more apologies and promises from him.
He will assure her that he will attend therapy and repeat his promises but it’s clear that he will not change and now fans are wondering if the soap will seek to reflect the worrying real life statistics of domestic violence murders in the UK.
A recent report released revealed that there were 173 killings in domestic abuse incidents in the UK in 2018 according to figures from 43 police forces. This is a five year high for the country and presents the horrifying reality of the problem.
There is no confirmation of where the EastEnders storyline is heading but bosses recently warned Metro.co.uk that things would get darker. Show boss Kate Oates has never been one to shy away from hard hitting issues in her tenure as a soap producer as she aired a male suicide and a male rape during her time at the helm of Coronation Street.
Viewers have been hoping that Chantelle can find the strength to speak out or that a member of her family will discover the truth about Gray’s evil nature in time to help get her out of the toxic and dangerous relationship.
But for now, she remains trapped in a terrifying situation which could have a horrific outcome.
There are family issues aplenty for stand-in parents to Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill), Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) and her fiancee Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) in Emmerdale. The pair are about to discover the realities of looking after a teenager – especially one who has been through as much as Sarah.
Given that Sarah has been ill for much of her childhood, it was inevitable that she would start to rebel and, with her mum Debbie (Charley Webb) away for some time, Charity and Vanessa are worried about the deteriorating behaviour of Sarah.
She has befriended a boy called Danny (Louis Healy), who she has been texting incessantly. And as the pair spend time together, they decide that they’d rather hang out and than go to school. With it seeming like Danny is trying to run Sarah off the rails, is there more to her sudden rebellion than meets the eye? Is Danny fully to blame – and is Sarah at risk? Or will Charity and Vanessa make a further discovery?
(Picture: ITV)
As Vanessa and Charity call Sarah out over her skiving, it leads to an argument and Sarah is mortified when Charity decides that some tough love is the order of the day. As Charity gives Sarah an embarrassing dressing down in front of a bemused Danny, Sarah is humiliated and feels shown up.
As she feels her street cred with Danny beginning to falter, Sarah makes her displeasure clear with Charity, who wonders if she has handled things the wrong way. But as the week goes on and Charity attempts to make things up to the youngster and delve a little bit deeper into what is going on, will she make a surprising discovery?
The relationship could go either way – will they bond or fall out further as Charity and Vanessa try their best to do right by the troubled teen?

Alison King is engaged to boyfriend David Stuckley (Picture: Getty Images)
Congratulations are in order for Coronation Street star Alison King who is engaged to IT salesman boyfriend David Stuckley.
The 46-year-old actress is set to tie the knot following new love David’s proposal on a Mediterranean cruise.
Speaking publicly about her relationship for the first time Alison, who plays Carla Connor on the soap, said in a new interview she had ‘an inkling’ that David would propose and in readiness, also bought him a bit of bling to wear.
But it all very nearly went wrong when the threat of a storm came close to putting a spanner in the works.
The couple, who met through their shared personal trainer, sat down with OK! to talk about the romantic moment which took place days after their one-year anniversary.
Alison explained: ‘I’d bought him a Rolex as an engagement present too, and I took it along just in case he asked as I had an inkling he would!
‘But as we drove towards the port at Albufeira, there were black clouds over the sea. The taxi driver was like: “You’re going on a boat? You’re kidding, right?”.’
The couple want a ‘nice party’ for their big day (Picture: REX)
David added that the crew were all in on the proposal and thankfully didn’t cancel the trip. But as the ‘waves were huge’ they were forced to turn the boat back into the marina for the big moment.
‘I got really nervous and started stumbling over my words,’ David said.
‘I thought, I’ve got to ask her now, so it was then that I got down on one knee and asked her to marry me. I got emotional!’
Alison of course said yes, and the pair are hoping to have a ‘nice party’ for the big day.
But the Corrie star is yet to decide on a dress because ‘I keep changing my mind’.

Elly could face a battle on her hands once her baby is born (Picture: Channel 5)
Neighbours’ Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta) got so fed up with the meddling in her pregnancy that she called in her baby daddy Shaun to help set things straight. But could that be a move she lives to regret?
After all of the interfering from Finn Kelly (Rob Mills), David (Takaya Honda) and Aaron (Matthew Wilson) as well as her sister and the Kennedys, Elly decided to call in back up and got in touch with her baby’s father and Finn’s brother Shaun.
Elly is nervous about his arrival, but he immediately sets her at ease, managing to call off the dogs and get his brother to calm the heck down with his overly protective uncle duties. Shaun later accompanies Elly to her check-up and his tenderness towards her surprises her. She realises how much he cares for this baby and it gets her wondering what could happen between them.
She’s left further touched when he surprises her with a baby-related ‘crafternoon’ which sees them getting close. He gets David and Aaron involved to make everyone feel included and it is a huge success.
But when David overhears Shaun mention something about spending time with the baby in Europe he grows suspicious. He tells Aaron of his worries who works hard to reassure him that Shaun is on the level and is just a good guy.
Shaun is hiding a big secret (Picture: Channel 5)
But is David right to be suspicious? When it becomes clear Shaun has some paperwork that indicates an ulterior motive, he’s hiding something huge. Does he plan to run off with Elly’s baby? Or worse, could he be selling his child for cash?!

Lucy-Jo is reportedly worried about Alan’s involvement on I’m a Celeb (Picture: Getty)
Former Coronation Street star Lucy-Jo Hudson is reportedly worried that her ex-husband Alan Halsall will spill secrets of their marriage if he goes on I’m a Celebrity.
Alan, who plays Tyrone Dobbs on Corrie, left fans speculating he’ll be heading into the jungle later this year thanks to a cryptic Instagram post while on a hike two weeks ago.
Together they have six-year-old daughter, Sienna-Rae.
While details of their split have remained under wraps, insiders are now claiming Lucy-Jo is worried the truth behind what happened will come out.
‘I think it is fair to say that Lucy would prefer Alan to remain in Weatherfield,’ they report to The Sun Online. ‘People always get emotional and talk about their personal lives in I’m a Celebrity.’
Metro.co.uk has contacted reps for Lucy-Jo and Alan for comment.
Lucy-Jo and Alan were together for 14 years (Picture: Getty)
So far it has not been confirmed whether or not Alan will head into the jungle this November, with only the Instagram post to go on.
Alan and Lucy-Jo got together while working on Coronation Street together, with Lucy joining the show as Katy back in 2002.
Shortly after she left the show, they tied the knot in 2005, welcoming Sienna in 2013.
While their marriage might have ended, both have now moved on and are in new relationships – with Lucy-Jo four months pregnant with new beau, Lewis Devine.
Announcing the news on Instagram with a picture of the scan, a delighted Lucy wrote: ‘This has been so hard to keep quiet 🤫 but today was the day @lewisdevine and I got to tell Sienna the best news!!!
‘We are 13 weeks pregnant and so very excited to extend our little family…. Sienna is so excited to be a big sister…. and Lew is ecstatic to become a daddy for the first time and I am so happy to be having another gorgeous baby! No other feeling like it.’

His timeline no longer appears when you search for his account, @AsanNjie, on the social media site.
It comes after he was axed from his role as Ellis Chapman on the soap following his fight with the Hollyoaks star at the TV Choice Awards.
Their clash was caught on camera, and Asan appears to make threats to ‘knife’ Jamie, who plays Warren Fox, in the footage.
After initially being suspended, soap bosses made the decision to sack him ‘with immediate effect’.
A spokesperson for ITV said: ‘Emmerdale suspended Asan N’Jie yesterday pending further investigation into an incident at a central London hotel on Monday night. ITV executives have met with him this morning and as a consequence Asan’s contract has been terminated with immediate effect.’
Asan said in a statement: ‘My behaviour at the TV Choice Awards was completely unacceptable and very much out of character. I sincerely apologise to everybody who has been affected especially Jamie Lomas, the whole Emmerdale team, our audience, ITV, my family, and the organisers of the TV Choice Awards. I am devastated, accept full responsibility for my actions and I am determined to learn from this.’

The actor was reportedly escorted from the premises of the Hilton Park Lane Hotel by security.
According to The Sun, he had made a ‘sarcastic dig…completely unprovoked’ that ‘enraged’ Jamie.
Ex-Hollyoaks actor Malique Thompson-Dwyer had to intervene and drag his former co-star away.
Asan will continue to appear as Ellis in scenes recorded before the incident (Picture: ITV/REX/Shutterstock)
Asan joined Emmerdale last year and his character Ellis has been involved in a number of high profile storylines including a feud with his brother Billy, a stabbing during a night out and the arrival of his shady businessman dad Al.
He will not be facing police action over the incident as a spokesperson for Metropolitan Police confirmed to Metro.co.uk that the incident has not been reported to them.

The star chose to keep details of her personal life private, but now she’s heading up the aisle, she has decided to break her silence.
Alison, 46, and her now-fiancé were first spotted together in 2018, but the star remained tight-lipped about her romance as rumours as to her partner’s identity swirled.
In her first interview where she has publicly spoken about her relationship, Alison, who plays Carla Connor on Corrie, opened up about finding love as she introduced her husband-to-be, David.
Who is Alison King’s fiancé David Stuckley?
David Stuckley is a 36-year-old IT salesman who is a father to two boys.
The pair have been together for just over a year after being introduced by their personal trainer, Gareth in March 2018.
Alison and David met after being set up by their personal trainer (Picture: REX/Shutterstock)
‘Gareth got to know David and realised he was single. He said he thought we’d make a really good couple, so he arranged to get us together,’ Alison revealed in the interview with OK!.
David admitted that he was nervous before their first date but didn’t recognise Alison from Coronation Street because he didn’t used to watch the soap.
The pair’s relationship went from strength to strength and they realised things were ‘getting serious’ whilst on a trip to the Lake District in June 2018.
Alison and David moved in together recently and live with the star’s daughter from a previous relationship, Daisy Mae Huckett.
When did Alison King get engaged?
David proposed over the summer in 2019 while the pair were on holiday in Portugal.
While the weather wasn’t necessarily on side for the big moment, with the couple’s sunset trip on a boat almost ruined by an impending storm, rain clouds and choppy waters didn’t get in the way of the ‘emotional’ moment for the pair, with Alison saying yes to David after he proposed with a platinum and diamond ring which he had specially designed himself.
While the moment itself was a surprise for the actress, Alison did admit that she knew the proposal was going to happen at some stage as David: ‘kept putting something on my finger and going, “Right, close your eyes and forget this ever happened!”.’
Alsion said she knew that David was planning to propose (Picture: David M. Benett/Dave Benett/Getty Images)
As a result, Alison had already bought David a Rolex watch as an engagement present: ‘just in case he asked as I had an inkling he would!’
Alison has been engaged twice before but never been married. In 2006 Alison got engaged to actor Jim Alexander, but the pair called off the engagement in 2007.
She was also engaged to her former partner, sound technician Adam Huckett, in 2011. Alison and Adam were together for around five years, during which time they welcomed their daughter Daisy, but decided to split in October 2012.
Although it’s not been confirmed when Asan’s final scenes will air, it is thought that he will still appear on the soap for the next six weeks, after which the production team will either have to amend the plot to write the Ellis out of the soap or possibly recast the role with a new actor in order to keep the character in the storyline.
Ellis’ existing scenes will therefore air as planned until then.
Asan was fired for his behaviour towards Jamie at the TV Choice Awards (Picture: Getty/REX)
Following the incident at the awards show, Asan published a full apology saying: ‘My behaviour at the TV Choice Awards was completely unacceptable and very much out of character.
‘I sincerely apologise to everybody who has been affected especially Jamie Lomas, the whole Emmerdale team, our audience, ITV, my family, and the organisers of the TV Choice Awards.
‘I am devastated, accept full responsibility for my actions and I am determined to learn from this.’

To Paul’s horror she announced that the pair of them were getting back together, with Paul coming face to face with Kel in the Rovers.

It soon becomes apparent that Kel groomed and sexually abused Paul when he was a teenager, making him believe he was in a consensual relationship and when he sees him again he tells him that what they had was special but nothing can happen this time as he is focusing on Bernie.
After Kel leaves, with Bernie blaming her son for not making him feel welcome, Gemma (Dolly Rose Campbell) explains to Billy (Daniel Brocklehurst) that the pair used to be inseparable until one day when Paul was 14 he flipped – causing Kel to leave the family.
Billy subsequently tries to get the truth out of Paul, but when he approaches him Paul lashes out – and orders him never to come near him again – leaving viewers to wonder if and when he might open up and admit what happened.
‘His experience was really similar to Paul’s so it was invaluable for me to be able to talk about all the conflicting emotions and not accepting or realising it was abuse until later on in life.’
Coronation Street continues on Monday night on ITV at 7.30pm.

But things aren’t set to get better for the teenager any time soon – but what’s wrong with her?
Here’s what you need to know…
What is wrong with Bex Fowler in EastEnders?
This week’s episodes will see Bex very appearing unhappy and worried amid her fears of going to Oxford.
She avoids all talk of university, refusing to tell anyone else how she’s feeling – and things get worse when Louise (Tilly Keeper) attempts to cheer her up.
The character is hiding her fears of going to university from the others (Picture: BBC)
Her initial attempt to help backfires, and when she enlists Robbie’s help in sorting a surprise party for her, it only makes things worse.
We’ll have to keep watching to see whether Bex opens up about her feelings – or whether things get worse for the teenager.
What happened to Bex earlier this year?
The character has already been part of a dark storyline which saw her taking ADHD drugs to cope with exams and the stress from her parents about getting into university.
It culminated in her fleeing Walford after her attempt to seduce Kush didn’t go as she planned – with Bex wandering the streets paranoid and distressed as a result of the pills she had been taking.
Jasmine has previously revealed her enthusiasm for the storylines to metro.co.uk, saying last year: ‘Finding the storylines that are relatable and that young kids can relate to is so important.
‘A lot of kids don’t know whether to go to university or stay at home. That is a real struggle. So it is great and I think some kids will definitely find it helpful.’
EastEnders continues on Monday on BBC One at 8pm.

However things are set to get even tougher for Bobby, when he finds himself in a perilous situation in his desperate bid to rid himself of Lucy’s ghost.

It never works out for poor Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) does it? The loveable chef is back to looking like a kicked puppy as another relationship has bitten the dust, leading to an exit for Jessie (Sandra Marvin). Marlon only married his wife at Christmas but between then and tonight, when she has left for good, they have faced nothing but problems.
The arrival of Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle) kicked off violent tensions and then Jessie lashed out at Marlon and the rest of the local community after she was sacked as headteacher from the school.
But the straw which broke the camel’s back was Jessie sleeping with her ex Al Chapman (Michael Wildman). No longer able to trust Jessie and feeling like he would always be second best, Marlon ended the marriage and was once again left having to explain to April that another woman in their family was leaving.
As Jessie made a huge decision about her future, she said an emotional farewell to her sons Billy and Ellis (Asan N’Jie) before then confirming that she still loved Marlon. April said goodbye to her too and Jessie left in the back of a cab crying as Marlon reflected on yet more heartbreak.
Whether or not he is starting to get used enough to having his heart shattered and will overcome this remains to be seen but will this latest disaster put Marlon off pursuing future romances for a while?
Another exit will follow as Ellis actor Asan was recently dismissed from the show. His remaining, already filmed scenes will still air but viewers are now expecting him to follow his mum out to Dubai in the near future.
But what about those left behind – Marlon, Billy and Al? With Marlon blaming Al for pursuing Jessie, it’s clear that there will never be any love lost between these two…
Hollyoaks will never be the same again (Picture: Channel 4)
Hollyoaks fans were left reeling by Monday night’s episode, which saw Ste Hay’s (played by Kieron Richardson) far-right indoctrination reach its peak as a terrorist attack took place.
Over the past few months, long-standing character Ste has slowly been radicalised by anti-Muslim extremists Jonny Baxter (Ray Quinn) and Stuart Sumner (Chris Simmons).
In this evening’s scenes, the gang planned to use an explosive on the community centre on the day of his ex Sinead’s (Stephanie Davis) engagement party to new beau Sami (Rishi Nair), only to have their plan scuppered.
Fuming by the turn of events, Jonny went off the rails saying that he wanted to make the Muslim residents of Hollyoaks live in fear.
‘We’re going to make them realise this is our country, our culture and we’re taking it back,’ he screamed.
Many fans online praised former X Factor star Ray’s incredible performance in the show, with one writing: ‘bl***y hell Ray Quinn is a PHENOMENAL actor.’
Um…when another racist walks out and says he’s lost the plot ya know he’s REALLY lost the plot #hollyoaks
While Ste backed down from getting involved in the attack, the bomb still ended up being detonated, leaving Jonny and Yasmine Maalik both caught in the firing line and suffering serious injuries.

The storyline has been a controversial one among Hollyoaks viewers, but following Monday’s drama, many fans praised the show’s willingness to tackle such a controversial real-world issue.
‘It’s been uncomfortable to watch & it’s been so frustrating to watch Ste not back down, but the whole point of this storyline was to show how easily it is to prey on the vulnerable, & brainwash that individual,’ one Twitter user wrote, adding: ‘This is why #hollyoaks won best soap, everyone’s been amazing.’
#Hollyoaks ending gave me chills tonight. And not little chills. All over body chills. Great work. 👍
Seen a lot of people moan about it but this radicalisation & racism storyline in Hollyoaks has been absolutely phenomenal it’s so important to tackle such a big storyline!Hollyoaks gets a lot of shit but they always do all the tough and big hitting storylines 👏🏼👏🏽👏🏾👏🏿 #Hollyoakspic.twitter.com/sVtHDq3xoz
This point was echoed by another fan, who said: ‘Seen a lot of people moan about it but this radicalisation & racism storyline in Hollyoaks has been absolutely phenomenal. Hollyoaks gets a lot of s*** but they always do all the tough and big-hitting storylines.’
NO THIS CANT BE HAPPENING YAZZ BETTER BE OK #hollyoaks
Could this be the last time we see Yazz on our screens? The fans are certainly hoping not.
‘Oh my gosh I didn’t think the were going to do that,’ one shocked fan said, adding: ‘Not Yazz! I’m glad Ste saw sense but too little too late now.’
Hollyoaks airs daily at 7pm on E4.

EastEnders is hinting at a dark storyline for Bex Fowler (Jasmine Armfield) as the pressure of going to Oxford overwhelms her. Tonight’s episode opened with her looking at images of the campus and looking despairing before sinking under the water of her bath, leading to fans fearing she is not coping.
Sonia (Natalie Cassidy) is eager for her daughter to be prepared for her new educational career, but Bex is doing everything she can to distract herself from her immediate future. One such distraction is working on Martin’s (James Bye) stall, much to Sonia’s confusion. Sonia thinks that Bex should be focusing on getting her equipment for Oxford but Bex was happy being on the stall – until she had to snap at Robbie (Dean Gaffney) for giving away apples.
Louise Mitchell (Tilly Keeper) had spotted that Bex was out of sorts and so tried to lift her spirits by inviting a local journalist to interview her about offering up her own life to save Louise in the siege. But Bex didn’t want any attention and soon directed the journo to Sonia for the interview.
As Louise quizzed Bex over why she was avoiding it, a stressed Bex shut her down and it’s clear that she is struggling with the enormous pressure on her. But as she sank under the bath water and has a look of distinct pain behind her eyes, is her depression set to spiral out of control?
We have already seen Bex flee the Square and find herself in serious danger due to exam stress. Clearly vulnerable, nobody seems to be picking up on the signs that all is not well.
But viewers seem to have clocked that Bex is in a difficult mindset. As she is on edge, is there set to be a devastating outcome in this storyline?
The chemistry between Mitchell Deveraux (Imran Adams) and Scott Drinkwell (Ross Adams) has been bubbling for quite some time now in Hollyoaks, but could the pair be set to get together in the coming episodes ahead of Cleo’s (Nadine Mulkerrin) upcoming departure?
Following the culmination of his relationship with Levi Rochester (Cerith Flinn), Scott grew rather close to Mitchell — due to the young lad having stopped him from selling all of his Anita Tinkle gear. Following this, Mitchell has proven to be incredibly supportive towards Scott, encouraging him to find someone who loves him for everything that he is.
However, as the weeks passed, Mitchell found himself attracted to Scott — something which he’s been incredibly confused about. Following an argument with Cleo, Mitchell locked lips with Scott several weeks back, which has confused him further.
In the coming episodes, Cleo and Mitchell have the house to themselves — but Cleo takes it upon herself to invite Scott over too.
The two men decide to go for a drink in The Dog, but — whilst there — Scott gets roped into performing as Anita.
Will Mitchell find himself drawn to Anita once more?
What will transpire?
What’s more, with Nadine pregnant, it’s possible that Mitchell and Scott’s burgeoning relationship could end up being the reason why Cleo leaves the village. Will she find out the truth?
With his wedding day ending in ruin — not to mention the fact that he’s been struggling with his sexuality — Callum ‘Halfway’ Highway (Tony Clay) certainly hasn’t had it easy as of late in EastEnders, and he’s set to endure more heartache in the coming episodes — something which Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) learns the hard way, as Callum takes his frustrations out on him.
Callum’s sexuality struggle first came to light back in May, and it was Ben who discovered his secret. Of course, the reason the Mitchell lad was able to do so was because he’d been through exactly the same thing himself, and therefore he offered his support to Callum. Eventually, the chemistry between the two men was simply too hard for either to resist, and a night of passion ensued.

Wracked with guilt, Callum came clean to Whitney (Shona McGarty) on the day before his wedding and, in spite of him pleading with her to give him another chance, Whit was unable to do so, and the pair went their separate ways.
In the coming episodes, Whitney returns to collect her stuff and — whilst doing so — she has a heart-to-heart with ex-fiancé.
However, things take a turn when she drops a bombshell — and Callum is left devastated.
Struggling to process what Whitney’s told him, Callum gets drunk at the Vic. Determined to help, Jay (Jamie Borthwick) steps in, but the young man’s plan soon backfires, and Callum exits the pub and makes a beeline for the Mitchell household.
He confronts Ben and proceeds to blame him for everything that’s transpired over the last few weeks.
How will Ben react?
With emotions running high, could the animosity perhaps turn to passion? There is a fine line between love and hate, after all, and if the past has proven anything, it’s that the chemistry between these two characters is off the charts, so could they perhaps find themselves in each other’s arms once more?
Or will Callum’s harsh words put an end to his connection with Ben once and for all?
One to watch: Friday 27th September at 8pm on BBC One.
